Who we are

Vela Store (velastore.net) is operated by Zephyrshop LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We are the controller of the personal information you share when you visit or order from us. For any privacy question or request, email hello@vela.dating.

What we collect

When you order or contact us we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, the items and gift message you choose, and — for a surprise gift — your recipient's name and address. Payment is handled by our secure checkout provider; we receive a confirmation only and never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To process, wrap and deliver your order; to send order and delivery updates; to handle returns, refunds and support; to prevent fraud and keep the shop secure; and, only if you opt in, to send occasional news and offers.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run the shop and fulfil your order: our store and hosting platform, our payment provider, and the delivery carriers who bring your gift. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the shop, your cart and checkout. Any non-essential cookies, such as analytics, are used only with your consent, which you can manage in your browser.

International delivery

We operate from the United States and ship worldwide, so your information may be processed in the US and other countries. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards to international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and contact details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Gifts and recipients

If you send a gift, we use your recipient's details only to deliver it. Recipients never see prices, payment details, returns or refunds.

Vela Store is intended for adults and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
