Vela Store (velastore.net) is operated by Zephyrshop LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy; we confirm by email once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong — and we'll refund anything you've already paid.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. Payment is taken through our secure checkout when you order. Any local duties or taxes are shown at checkout or may be due on delivery.

Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide with complimentary delivery; estimated timeframes are on our Shipping page. We can't be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control, but we'll always help put things right.

Returns & refunds

Eligible items can be returned and refunds are handled as set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms takes away the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Gifts

When you send a gift you confirm you may share your recipient's details with us so we can deliver it. We handle surprises discreetly — recipients never see prices, returns or refunds.
