Where we deliver

Vela ships worldwide. Prices are shown in USD, and any local duties or taxes for your destination are calculated transparently at checkout.

Hand-prepared with care

Every order is arranged, wrapped and quality-checked in our atelier. Most orders are ready to ship within 1–2 business days; bespoke and personalised pieces may take a little longer.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. Express options are offered at checkout where available.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the option you choose. Your full total is always shown before you pay — no surprises.

Secure packaging

Every piece travels boxed and protected in its presentation case, dispatched with tracking. If anything arrives less than perfect, we will put it right — see Returns & Refunds.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking link the moment it ships, so you can follow it all the way to the door.

A note on gifting

Because so many Vela orders are gifts, we never include prices on the packing slip. Add a handwritten note at checkout and we will tuck it inside.
